Women’s Wisdom Retreat

16-21 November 2021

It is time for you

Book Now

In this 6-day immersion course, we will guide you through women’s wisdom from the African, Asian and Western world. We will use bodywork, yoga, breathwork, sound healing and personal development to achieve this. Our retreat gives you the chance to connect with yourself and the (Lamu-)women around you.

Just 2 degrees South of the Equator is Lamu island, a UNESCO world heritage, with a rich Swahili Culture, and the Wellness Destination of East Africa. Lamu island has a vast beautiful empty beach. You feel the connection with nature the moment you step on land as you walk barefoot, with no noise pollution, no air pollution, no stress, no hassle, no cars, just donkeys.

Life in Lamu is so connected with the Sun and the Moon, the tides and the abundance of nature. You literally feel that you live between heaven and earth. Your pelvis connected to the earth and your mind connected to heaven. Your compassionate heart in between.

How do you learn to live from this connection? And how do you achieve full expression and bloom as a woman? This is only possible when you take root. Being with women in safety, with ancient rituals as a great way to sink deeper and dare to lean. Are you also participating?

“Discovering that you are not alone, but that you are on the road together is invaluable”..

WOMEN’S CIRCLE

Discover the magic of the women’s circle. Every woman carries unique wisdom and intuition. This is the starting point of the circle. For two days we meet in the ritual women’s circle. In the circle we work with a healing field. There is room to speak, share, give thanks and work with various universal biographical themes. A get-together in which you experience that you are not alone, but in any case connected. Where women come together in circles, a primal trust and a primal knowledge grows. You can drink from this and learn more and more to surrender to how life comes about. Be amazed!

Every day our fantastic Chefs are in the kitchen to prepare delicious fresh meals with a lot of love. All meals are prepared with local and organic seasonal products as much as possible.
